Meaning of work title

A Titan who keep moving forward for freedom even in the ultimate inconvenience of being bound by memory of the future.

It is paired with chapter 122, "From You Two Thousand Years Ago". I'm not sure if it's a sign from Ymir the founder to Eren, or if it's Eren's line in chapter 122, "Was it you who led me? I've been waiting for someone for 2,000 years, haven't I?" So, I guess the you in chapter 1 is Eren and the you in chapter 122 is Ymir the founder. According to Eren's line in chapter 139, you can also be interpreted as Mikasa. It could be a message from Ymir who wanted to be free from the pain of love.

There is a theory that says "13 (life span of Ymir the founder) + 13x145 (successive founders) + 102 (history within the walls to Eren's succession in 845) = exactly 2000 years." ...but

If we go back from the present, from Eren to Grisha to Frieda to Uri... the math doesn't add up for the successive founders part. If the author had set the year 2000 exactly, then the above theory would be insufficient.

Why did the Eren Titan hit Mikasa?
